Mobile Home Statements are mailed.

August
Certification of new fiscal year property taxes
Property tax & special assessment statements are mailed

September
First-half taxes due on September 1,  delinquent October 1st.

October
Late interest accrues on delinquent property taxes at the rate of 1.5%
per month (rounded to nearest dollar).
 
November
Delinquent notices are mailed to property owners in Woodbury
County in which the September taxes are still outstanding.
15th of month - Tax sale certificate holders may pay subsequent
delinquent taxes on properties with outstanding tax sales.

December

January
Senior Citizen/Disabled Credit and Rent Reimbursement forms
become available.  Individuals can apply between mid January  & June1.

February

March
Second-half property tax due by March 1, delinquent April 1st.

April
Late interest accrues on delinquent property at the rate of 1.5% 
(rounded to nearest dollar). 

May
Delinquent notices are mailed to owners of property in which
delinquent taxes are owed.
15th of month - Tax sale certifcate holders may pay subsequent
delinquent taxes on properties with outstanding tax sales.

June
Senior Citizen/Disabled Credit forms are due by June 1st.
Publication for delinquent taxes in an official County Newspaper
and on line first week of June.
Annual Tax Sale is held the 3rd Monday in June.
